Any built up dirt will run off of the vinyl siding within 2 to 3 minutes, then just spray fresh water on the siding. Bleach is a surface tension inhibitor (lubricant). For regular cleaning, use a diluted solution of chlorine bleach and water (about 1 in 10 parts).
